They had a requirement to transform their print dictionaries into a web and native app format. They were seeking a partner that could leverage their 35 dictionary print materials and come up with a solution that could be offered on the web and as a native app on leading devices.
Magic EdTech helped develop a mobile bilingual dictionary product. This product provides 35 dictionary references, with each dictionary offering more than 27,000 words. This app was designed to function offline and online. Print content was scanned and transformed into meaningful xml schemas. Each word was associated with its synonym, meaning, definition(s), and pronunciation.
