Accessibility Test Engineer

Conduct website reviews, analysis, remediation and functional testing. Assess and optimize website designs through review and analysis of user needs to meet the website accessibility needs. Provide technical assistance and remediation guidance to designers, developers and QA.

Role/Job Description

• 3-5 years of Experience in Testing.
• 2-3 yrs relevant experience in Accessibility testing
• Capable of thinking scenarios
• Well-versed with the testing process such as Agile Workflow, Test Case Creation, Bug Reporting, Defect Tracking, and creating tracking documents.
• Should have knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and 2.1
• Should have experience in working with Screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Talkback.
• Good in written and verbal communication
• Capable of handling Client Calls
• Proactive and Innovative

  Qualifications/Experience/Background

• Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.
• Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.
• Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
• Strong communication skills
