FlexPro lets your Flexi Consulting team search a shared bench of consultants by subject, grade band, qualification, tools, language, availability, location, and rate. Instead of sifting through generic CVs, your editors and product leads get shortlists that already match the brief, so projects start with the right people rather than “best we could find in time.”

Every consultant carries a FlexScore that rolls up what actually matters: work samples, test edits, project performance, on‑time delivery, quality checks, and client satisfaction. Inside Magic, FlexPro is used by project managers, screeners, and vendor ops. On your side, editorial and assessment leads, PMO, and vendor managers interact with curated shortlists, status reports, and dashboards rather than the platform itself.
