The Challenge
The client sought the expertise of Magic Edtech to audit and remediate their courseware, microlessons, and web resources. They needed to be compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. They faced challenges in identifying and addressing accessibility issues due to the lack of in-house expertise in WCAG compliance and limited resources for testing with actual users with disabilities.
